Haier, Dawlance, PEL and Orient top-loads are the volume. A machine that fills and sits is often a lid switch or a drain that thinks it is still full. A machine that hums on spin is often the coupler or the motor. We do not replace a PCB until the unplug-and-hold reset and the sensors have been checked.
We work in the kitchen or laundry as found. We need water pressure and a drain that is not already backing up from the house stack — that last one is plumbing.
Send the error code and a 10-second video of the cycle. Same van as the AC crew, same number.
Questions we get on this job
Do you carry pulsators and pumps?
Common Haier and Dawlance pumps often. Pulsators and boards follow the model sticker.
Water on the floor?
Inlet, tub seal, or drain hose. We find which.
Is a semi-automatic different?
Yes — separate page. Timers and spin tubs, not inverter boards.
Brand warranty?
If it is in-warranty, use the brand. We take machines the brand has already walked past.
