We isolate power, recover refrigerant where the valves and machine allow, disconnect flares, lower the outdoor, and lift the indoor off the plate. Brackets can stay if you are hanging a new unit, or come off if the wall is going to paint.
If the pair is concealed we cap it for a future install rather than ripping plaster unless you ask. Surface copper is removed.
Pair this with used AC buy/sell if you want a price on the machine once it is down.

Surface hangs leave small holes. Concealed kits leave a chase. We can quote a simple fill; full paint is yours or a painter.

Yes — removal then install is a normal Cool Planet day in Bahria Town.
Apartment rules?
We need society gate permission and a legal place to stand the outdoor while it comes down.
