On a typical house call we start with the indoor unit: error code on the display, airflow at the grille, drain pan, and the indoor coil. Then the outdoor: fan, compressor amp draw, and pressures if the machine needs gas. Yes. Inverter PCB and sensor work is a separate Cool Planet page, but the same technician can quote a non-inverter capacitor, fan motor, or gas leak on the same visit.
Is the repair quoted before work starts?
